Pre & Post Care Instructions
PRE-TREATMENT CARE
You should not be actively menstruating or about to start your cycle
No vaginal intercourse 24 hours prior to treatment
No active vaginal infecctions 72 hours prior to treatment
Avoid applying any lotions, oitments or creams to vaginal area
Avoiding taking anticoagulants for 10 days before treatment, if medical condition allows. Consult with your physician for further advice.
Hair Removal
For internal treatment, only a trim is needed
For external treatment, shave 48 hours; wax 5-7 days prior
POST-TREATMENT CARE
You may resume all usual daily activities and light exercise if desired
Avoid strenuous exercise for 24-48 hours
Avoid very hot water for 24-48 horus
Avoid intercourse or mechanical devices for 4-7 days
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Abnormal Pap smear in the last 12 months
Active herpes lesion
History of cervial cancer
Metal implacts from previous surgery
Pregnant or nursing
Previous bladder sling furgery
